Instructions for returns and exchanges

According to the regulations of the Consumer Protection Association, intimate clothing is a sanitary item and cannot be returned after being opened.

Due to hygiene principles, underwear products cannot be returned after being opened. Please confirm carefully before placing an order. The original shipping fee will be borne and will be deducted from the refund amount.

* If there are any defects in the goods you receive, please report them to customer service staff within seven days (including holidays) after the goods arrive . Overdue orders will not be accepted.

* Due to the large volume of shipments, in order to avoid disputes and protect each other's rights and interests, the unpacking of the package must be recorded and documented. After unpacking, please check the condition of the product (confirm the style, color, quantity, size, and no defects) before using it and Try on, once the product is used or tried on, it means that the product is normal and correct when the buyer receives it, and returns will not be provided.

* Do not accept returns due to personal factors (not as expected, color not as good as personal expectations, underwear not matching size after trying on).

* In order to simplify and speed up the process of obtaining suitable products, BYO only provides returns and no exchange services. Only returns accepted. If you need to exchange the product, please return it and place an order again on the official website.

* If the product is damaged during transportation, the product does not match the order, or a product is missing, the video will be used as evidence for return, exchange or replacement. Entries without video evidence will not be accepted.

* When shipping and arriving, there will be system text messages and email notifications. Please pay more attention to the pickup time. If the item is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned and it will take about 3-7 working days (excluding holidays) to be re-sent. Need to pay another shipping fee.

* If the pickup information has not been updated, please be sure to contact the customer service staff as soon as possible within seven days of receiving the package for assistance to avoid affecting the return rights.

* Due to the time-consuming air parcel delivery in overseas areas and the cumbersome cross-border refund operations, we are unable to provide return and exchange services for overseas members. Please forgive me.

Return method

* Returned goods must be in good condition and have complete accessories (including uncut and uncut tags/complete special packaging), which will not affect the resale of brand-new goods.

* If the number of pieces of the combined product returned does not reach the discount, the reserved items will be restored to their original price.

* If the amount of the goods retained after the return does not reach the full gift activity threshold, the gift must be returned together with the returned goods (new and unopened). If not returned, the original price will be calculated directly.

* The above amount will be deducted from the amount of the returned goods first. If there is insufficient deduction, the order will not be accepted for return and will be refunded by home delivery.

* Please note that if you violate BYO's ordering and return rules three or more times (inclusive) without reason or malicious intent, the company has the right to suspend your account and refuse you to use this service, and also blacklist you for transactions. Please pay attention.

* If the amount of the goods retained in the order after the return does not reach the free shipping threshold when ordering, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

*Customer Service Center: Please open the online form at the bottom right of the website, inform your order name and order phone number, and the customer service staff will assist you.

Refund time

After we receive your return request, we will proceed with the return process after receiving the returned goods and confirming the status of the goods, and refunds will be made within about seven to ten "working days".

If you pay with a credit card, the refund will be processed online after the returned goods are recovered and the staff confirms that the quantity of the goods is correct.

The actual credit date of the refund varies depending on the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank to confirm the actual credit date.
