Supermarket pick-up: Shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday (except national holidays) and must be delivered to the designated supermarket within 2 days after shipment.

Local delivery: Shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday (except national holidays) and will arrive at the designated address 1 day after shipment.

Oversea delivery: Shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday (except national holidays) and will arrive at the designated address 2-7 business days after shipment depend on which country of the delivery address.

You can cancel the order through the order inquiry page, or contact our customer service via message to cancel the order. If the product has already entered the shipping status or is available for pickup at the supermarket, the order cannot be canceled.

Products purchased on this site are subject to a seven-day waiting period from the date of arrival (including holidays). Returned merchandise must be sent back within the waiting period. The arrival time is mainly based on the delivery time of the logistics report.

When handling returns or exchanges, the goods must be in brand new condition and fully packaged, and cannot be put into water or washed. 1. Hand washing is the best solution. Washing machines are powerful and can easily deform and damage fabrics after a long period of washing. The underwear is small and easy to clean with your hands. Just rub it gently to ensure that every area is thoroughly washed.

2. Underwear should be changed and washed every day. Especially in summer, it is easy to sweat. If it is not cleaned every day, it is easy to breed bacteria, which will make subsequent cleaning more difficult.

3. Use laundry detergent mixed with cold water. Do not use bleach or enzyme-containing dish soap to avoid deterioration of underwear. After washing, make sure the dish soap is rinsed away, otherwise the underwear will easily turn yellow and cause stains over time.

4. Do not expose washed underwear directly to the sun or use a dryer, as this will cause the underwear to become hard and deformed. Just choose a cool place to dry naturally.

5. After washing the underwear, put it in the closet after it is completely dry. If wet underwear is kept stuffy, it will not only stink but also cause mold to grow, causing atopic dermatitis.

Under normal circumstances, underwear that is used more frequently has a lifespan of about three months. It is not recommended to exceed half a year at the longest. Of course, during this period, if you find that the underwear is deformed, the material becomes dry and hard, and the stains cannot be cleaned, you must replace it in time to maintain the hygiene of important parts.
